Beginning today I am discontinuing this blog, after seven years — since April 2005. I started another injury blog at about the same time, and my original plan was to discuss different topics on the two blogs. Over time, the content became largely duplicated, and that just made no sense.

So as of today I will be posting only at my Personal Injury, Social Security Disability (abbreviation — PISSD) blog.

It's only through a terrible oversight that I have never featured one of the premier, and pioneering,  legal blogs here. Newport Beach attorney Denise Howard writes Bag and Baggage, which should be read frequently by lawyers in any practice area. Here is her description of herself and her blog:

Though I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I now live in Newport Beach. While at UCLA (B.A. 1987), I majored in English and earned departmental honors for a thesis on the works of T.S.
