This seems like a sensible plan to me, due to the significant percentage of car wrecks caused by drivers aged 18-24, although it may work a financial hardship on some of those new drivers.

Its necessary for the teens to complete driver education course before getting Permit license to make then safe drivers.In Florida state teens shoul complete Traffic Law And Substance Abuse Education(TLSAE) Course before getting their permit license……………..
